How to use ECO. Book & Best-Selling Blends Collection
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to your diffuser You can also blend two or multiple of your collection.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Pillow: Add 1 drop of a relaxing blend to your pillow before going to bed.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops of your chosen essential oil to the corner of the shower in the morning or evening and benefit from steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath at night time to help relax.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of your chosen blend with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as a perfume or before going to bed.
Steam Treatment: For the respiratory system, add 1 drop of Sinus Clear blend to a bowl of steaming hot water. Caution - due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment as Peppermint steam may cause irritation.
Sinus Clear Blend:
For external use only by inhalation.
Adults and children 12 years and over.
Use as required up to 6 times per day.
By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale.
Store below 30°C FLAMMABLE.

Sleep Essential Oil Blend: Citrus reticulata blanco, Lavandula x intermedia, Boswellia serrata, Lavandula angustifolia, Cananga odorata, Anthemis nobilis.
Sinus Clear Essential Oil Blend: Active ingredients: Each mL contains 25%v/v essential oils from each of: Citrus X Paradisi Fruit Peel, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus Leaf, Citrus Aurantifolia Fruit, Mentha Arvensis Leaf.
Calm & Destress Essential Oil Blend: Citrus sinensis, Citrus aurantium amara, Pogostemon cablin, Santalum spicatum.
Women's Essential Oil Blend Blend: Cedrus atlantica, Lavandula x intermedia, Pelargonium graveolens, Lavandula angustifolia, Cananga odorata.
Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend: Lavandula x intermedia oil, Lavandula angustifolia oil, Pelargonium graveolens oil, Cananga odorata.
Frequently asked questions
Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Atlas Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, German Chamomile, Juniper Berry or Rosemary during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
In this collection avoid using; Women's Blend, Sinus Clear Blend & Energy Blend. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See our ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends. Is this safe to use around pets?
Peppermint, Citrus (including Lemon), Eucalyptus & Ylang Ylang essential oils are not recommended for use around pets. See our full list of pet safe oils in our FAQs.
Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
