Returns & Exchange Policy

Here at ECO. we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we have a risk-free 30 day free returns policy! This means that if you are not completely happy with your order, you are welcome to return the products for a full refund or store credit. 

The nitty gritty:

1. Change of mind items

If you have used your products and no longer want to keep them, return them to us (in original packaging) within 30 days to receive a full refund or store credit of your purchase price.

2. Faulty items

Please email enquiries@ecomodernessentials.com first with details of the issue you are finding. We may have a solution or tip for you that will fix the problem for you before you need to return!  

How to return:

1. Head to https://ecomodernessentials.com/a/returns and enter your order information.
2. You can find your order number in your account section or by checking your confirmation email. It should look similar to this:

3. You will receive an email with your return label & return instructions, simply print this then drop your item to your local post office
4. Once we receive the item back it generally takes 2-3 days to process your refund. If you haven’t heard from us after 4 business days feel free to email us at support@ecomodernessentials.com
