DIY Essential Oil Room Spray
What you’ll need:
- 95ml bottle with spray lid
- Lavender Essential Oil
- Rose Essential Oil
- Clary Sage Essential Oil
- Frankincense Essential Oil
- Water
Method:
- Add following essential oils to a 95ml bottle:
- 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 3 drops of Rose Essential Oil
- 2 drops of Clary Sage Essential Oil
- 2 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
- Fill rest of bottle with water (distilled or purified is preferred), be sure not to fill right to top to allow room for mixing
- Screw on the spray lid
- Shake thoroughly
To use
Spray around the home, office or any room to refresh the environment. Also great for an afternoon pick me up when feeling down.
