Meditation is a beautiful gift we can give our minds and bodies and is a very powerful tool in increasing overall wellbeing. Meditation helps to calm the mind, body and spirit, helping us to align with our centre and find clarity. In recent years, meditation has gained popularity with many people seeking new ways to calm the mind and live mindfully.

Meditation isn't easy. Many people struggle with meditation during their early practices, particularly struggling to not become distracted by noises in the environment around them. Aroma is an important part of a meditation practice and it can help to maintain focus and create a calming environment for those new to the practice. All it takes is a few drops of essential oil added to your pulse points, your third eye (the space between your eyes), diffused or vaporised or used to make a room spray.

Below are our recommendations on the best essential oils for meditating.
