How to use Bliss Diffuser & Delight Trio Collection
In your Bliss Diffuser, add water to fill line and add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil. You can also blend two or all three of your Delight Trio.

Candy Cane Essential Oil Blend: Citrus aurantium dulcis (Sweet Orange) peel oil, Citrus limon (Lemon) peel oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil, Citrus aurantifolia (Lime) peel oil, Mentha spicata (Spearmint) herb oil, Vanilla planifolia (Vanilla CO2) fruit extract.
Gingerbread Essential Oil Blend: Citrus aurantium dulcis (Sweet Orange) peel oil, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) root oil, Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) flower oil, Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Cinnamon) leaf oil, Myristica fragrans (Nutmeg ) kernel oil, Cinnamomum cassia (Cassia) bark oil, Natural Vanillin (Vanillin).

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using these oils during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See our full list of pregnancy safe oils in our FAQs.
Is this safe for children?
We do not recommend the use of essential oils for children under 3 months. After 3 months use small amounts in a diffuser.
Is this safe to use around pets?

Can I ingest these oils?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
